Early Assistance has been requested by McGuirl Designs & Architecture for a project at 6710 N Greenwich Ave:

Proposal is for three story’s with partial basement multi-family building with 34 units. No parking. On-site UID for stormwater management. Will utilitze Community Design Standards specified within 33.218.140.

Early Assistance has been requested by McGuirl Designs & Architecture for a project at 1269 N Farragut St:

Proposal is for a 24-unit multi-family project. Two 3-story buildings each with 12 units. No parking. On-site UID for stormwater management. Utilizing community design standards specified within 33.218.140.

Early Assistance has been requested for a project at 14900 SE Stark St:

Proposal is to build a new four story mixed use building with some ground floor retail and approximately 109 units of housing with 20% of units as affordable housing. Existing building on site to be removed.

The Argyle Apartments at 2133 N Argyle St have been submitted for building permit review:

New construction of 151,555 sq ft, 4-story apartment bldg – 189 affordable housing units, 2 community rms and site work

An excavation and shoring permit was issued to Lever Architecture for a new building that forms part of the Adidas Campus Expansion at 5060 North Greeley Avenue:

Design Advice has been requested by Fosler Portland Architecture for a project at 206 NE Sacramento St:

Construction of ten condo units with garages in three 3-story buildings. Rooftop stormwater disposal via on-site infiltration drywell and paved areas on site to be pervious pavers. Please see EA 18-140413 and LU 18-173926 HR.

Early Assistance has been requested for a project at 2104 NE 13th Ave:

New 1-story apartment project (3 units) over day light basement. (See EA 16-262033 DAR & EA 14-220200) Due to location of adjacent basements and

A building permit was issued to Urban Development Group for a project at 2821 NE Everett St (previously 316 NE 28th Ave):

Proposal is for new construction of multi-story apartment building. Existing buildings will be demolished.

A project at 8614 N Crawford St has been submitted for Type II Design Review by GBD Architects:

Proposal is to build a five story multi-family residential development of approx. 157 apartments. The ground level includes the entry lobby, parking, utility spaces, walk-up apartments and amenity spaces. The second floor roof terrace will have an eco-roof and raised planter areas along with private terraces at each of the apartments facing the eco-roof.

GBD Architects have submitted two Type III Design Review applications for buildings on the Prometheus Property in South Waterfront:

Two high-rise residential towers, each building consisting of around 7,000sf of retail and 300-550 market rate apartments and below grade parking.
