Charlotte Rutherford Place is being developed in partnership between Home First Development and Central City Concern. It will include 51 units of affordable housing, split between 34 one-bedroom and 17 two-bedroom units.

Design Advice has been requested by Mackenzie for a project at 3075 NE Sandy Blvd:

New Lexus dealership. 3-story building with one level of below-grade structure. The lot is 1.6 acres and the proposed building area will be approximately 75,000 sf.

Early Assistance has been requested by Ankrom Moisan Architects for a project at 5716 SE 92nd Ave:

A project at 821 SE 14th Ave has been submitted for a Type II Adjustment Review by Lever Architecture:

A project at 1477 NE Alberta St has been submitted for a Type II Adjustment Review by Fosler Portland Architecture:
