New 4-story wood framed mixed use building including 232 unit apartment building with basement garage, and site improvement, interior trash room, shell commercial space(potential future restaurant)

A building permit was issued for a project at 685 SE Division Pl (previously 627 SE Division Pl):

New 4-story 126,820 sf self-storage facility, site improvements

The Redfox Commons will be located at the former Freeman Factory site in NW Portland. The existing buildings will be converted into approximately 60,000 sq ft of creative office space.

The Redfox Commons at 2638 NW Wilson St and 2034 NW 27th Ave has been submitted for building permit review by Lever Architecture:

Addition & change of occupancy from S to B; connet two buildings with breezeway. Replace mezzanines in both with new second floors.

The existing underground storage tanks will remain. New piping for petroleum products. Fueling facility will provide eight (8) vehicle fueling positions, as it does currently.

A building permit was issued to Robert Evenson & Associates for a project at 702 SW Broadway Dr (previously 664 SW Grant):

Construct new 3 story, 5 unit apartment building, no parking, includes associated site work, sloped lot 6/7/2016 a johnson: note that plan set shows address as 644 SW Grant, which is about 1 mile from 702 sw broadway. Emailed permit-tech for clarification/correction.

A building permit was issued to Deca, Inc for a project at 15075 SE Stark St (previously 15023 SE Stark St):

New 3 story 40 unit apartment building, site improvements, stormwater facility, and 21 stall parking lot.
