Charlotte Rutherford Place is being developed in partnership between Home First Development and Central City Concern. It will include 51 units of affordable housing, split between 34 one-bedroom and 17 two-bedroom units.

Design Advice has been requested by Mackenzie for a project at 3075 NE Sandy Blvd:

New Lexus dealership. 3-story building with one level of below-grade structure. The lot is 1.6 acres and the proposed building area will be approximately 75,000 sf.

Early Assistance has been requested by Ankrom Moisan Architects for a project at 5716 SE 92nd Ave:

Early Assistance has been requested for a project at 4736 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Highway:

Current code (for now – may add the code change info later for $400): 14 dwelling units in a combination of 3 townhomes, 9 apartments, and 2 existing SFRs. 10 parking spaces will be provided in addition to 4 single-car garages.

Review is for current code. Proposal is for development of (2) new retail buildings and parking. All stormwater will be managed on site via retention ponds or swales final systems.

A Pre-Application Conference has been scheduled to discuss a project at 1715 NW 17th Ave:

Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment and Zoning Map Amendment to facilitate use as creative office rather than current light industrial use.

A project at 821 SE 14th Ave has been submitted for a Type II Adjustment Review by Lever Architecture:

Renovation of an existing 3 story 12,462 sf office building as well as 1 story 2,000sf addition on the south side of the building. Existing parking lot on the north side will be reworked. West property removal of exisiting house and addition of 8 space parking lot. Adjustment 33.130.242 Transit Street Main Entrance to allow the main entrance to be 81 ft from Transit Street instead of 25 ft.

A project at 1477 NE Alberta St has been submitted for a Type II Adjustment Review by Fosler Portland Architecture:

New 4-story mixed-use building on corner lot. Adjustment requested to building height requirement (33.110.215).

A project at 15935 SE Division St has been submitted for a Type II Design Review:

3-story, 150,683 sf self-storage facility with requisite public improvements.

An addition to St John Fisher Parish at 7101 SW 46th Ave has been submitted for building permit review by Soderstrom Architects:

Addition to existing building to add new parish hall; renovation of existing rectory (R3 occupancy); new site improvements include parking, landscape and storm water facility

A revised permit application has been submitted by Urban Development Group for a project at 2548 SE Ankeny St:

A project at 6805 N Maryland Ave has been submitted for building permit by CIDA Architects:

A building permit was issued to Urban Development Group for a project at 1478 SE 49th Ave (previously 490-4917 SE Hawthorne Blvd):

Building permits were issued to Ankrom Moisan Architects for Stark I & II at 12621 SE Stark St and 333 SE 127th Ave:

Bldg A – Affordable housing project with 115 units, 4-story building to include all related site utility piping as shown on C2.3A and retaining walls. The construction is Type V with R-2 occupancy. (Building B under 17-139154-CO & trash enclosure under 17-159199-CO)

PHB – Building B – Affordable housing with 38 units, 4 story building to include all related site utility piping as shown on C2.3B. Construction is Type V with R-2 occupancy (Building A under 17-139140-CO)

Design Advice has been requested by GBD Architects for South Waterfront Blocks 42 and 45 on the Prometheus Property:

Design hearing – project consists of two seven story mixed use buildings, each building consisting of approximately 4,000 sf of retail, 200-300 market rate apartments and 150-200 off street parking stalls in one level of structured underground parking and a partial level of structures at-grade parking.

Design Advice has been requested by Hacker Architects for the Neuberger Hall Renovation:

DESIGN HEARING – Discuss the renovation of Neuberger Hall on the PSU Campus. The scope of work includes updating accessibility, fire, life, safety upgrades , deferred maintanence and façade improvements. (See separate PC 17-115464 for associated PC for temporary modulars).

A Pre-Application Conference has been scheduled by SERA Architects to discuss a project at 600 SW 5th Ave (former Ross at SW 4th & Alder):

Proposal is to demolish existing 1/4 block building and replace with a new construction 215 room, 15 floor hotel. Approximate new construction square footage will be 136,000sf. Building height will be approximately 153′. Ecoroof and flow-thru planter placed at the 3rd floor level on roof deck to handle total roof area stormwater. Remaining portion of roof deck at 3rd level will be applied for exemption thru special circumstances.

Scope of work includes removal of existing convenience store, fuel canopy, fuel dispenser islands and restaurant. Construction of a new convenience store, fuel canopy and 4 fuel dispenser islands, landscaping, curbs and paving. Existing underground storage tanks to remain.

A Pre-Application Conference has been scheduled by Mackenzie to discuss a project at 3075 NE Sandy Blvd:

Proposal is for a new Lexus dealership. 2-story building with one level of below-grade structure. Ground floor uses will include an automotive showroom and leasable retail with structured parking on the second and third levels, and an automotive service shop on the lower level. Vehicular access is proposed off NE 31st Avenue in two locations, approximately the same as the existing access points from this street. Access from NE Sandy Blvd is not proposed for the new building.
