An addition to the Gateway Baptist Church at 13300 NE San Rafael St has been submitted for a Type II Conditional Use Review by Myhre Group Architects:

Addtion to a church. 2,717 square feet of floor area will be added to the existing 6,814 square foot main church building .The number of parking spaces will be reduced from 171 to 156. The size of the church sanctuary will not be increased and can accomodate 200 people. The fellowhship hall and day care buildings are not expanding.

The U-Store Pearl has been submitted for Type III Design Review by MCA Architects:

New six story storage facility in Pearl District.

The Moxy Hotel at 539 SW 10th Ave has been submitted for Type III Design Review by DLR Group:

Constructon of a new 11-story “lifestyle” hotel, with approximately 175 guest rooms. A loading space is proposed that enters from SW Alder. A drop-off area for hotel guests is proposed on SW Alder. Modifications requested for # of loading berths, bicycle parking requirement, and last mod “TBD”.

A project at 6640 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd has been submitted for building permit review by CIDA Architects:

New 4 story mixed use building, 18 apartment units, ground floor shell tenant space, interior trash enclosure. Associated site work. Mechanical permit separate.

A project at 3212 SE Division St has been submitted for building permit review by Quilici Architecture & Design Inc:

New 4-story w/basement, 32 unit apartment building, includes associated site work.***separate mechanical & fire alarm / fire sprinklers***

A project at 6449 SE 128th Ave has been submitted for building permit review by Scott Edwards Architecture:

New 3 story 15 unit apartment bldg., main floor with office laundry facility, trash recepticals, unisex bathroom, 6 units on the 2nd and 3rd floors to include 2-1 bedrooms and 4-studio’s – see 17-264949-mt **** electrical, plumbing separately

A project at 1602 SE Tacoma St has been submitted for building permit review:

New 3 story, 12 unit apartment building with attached trash enclosure, includes associated sitework *** w/ 17-264915-mt ***

A building permit was issued to Fosler Portland Architecture for a project at 1525 N Webster St:

New 3 story apartment building with 19 units with associated site work

A building permit was issued to Leeb Architecture for Harbor Sky Lots 2 & 5 at 1055 N Anchor Way:

New 266 unit apartment building with live-work units, parking and leasing office. 5 story Type IIIB residential building over one story Type IA podium.

A building permit was issued for a project at 5419 SE Woodstock Blvd:

New 3 story 38 unit apartment building; interior trash enclosure; associated site work

Proposal is for a new 38 units with affordable housing (20,640 sf total) without parking. Stormwater planter provided along south PL. Main enterance and lobby on Division St. Trash and recycle room located on north side of building and accesed off Difision St. Existing commercial structure and all trees on-site to be removed.
