Scott Edwards Architecture have requested Early Assistance for a new office building at 9109 NE Cascades Parkway:

New two story 30,000 sf tilt-up concrete office building located in the Cascade Station Plan District

SERA Architects have scheduled a Pre-Application Conference for a project involving the Washington Center at 419 SW Washington St:

Pre-Application Conference to discuss a Type III Design Review for a proposed 15-story, 246-room hotel. The project will incorporate an existing 2-story commercial building with a new 13-story vertical addition. Existing below grade parking will remain.

The PSU School of Business Administration by SRG Partnership and Behnisch Architekten has been submitted for Design Review:

Project is to expand the SBA to approx 137,500 GSF. Includes four modifications and one adjustment.

New 5 story 40 unit apartment building with commercial on main and parking at grade level

A building permit was issued for the Milwaukie Retail project by Ben Waechter Architect at 6637 SE Milwaukie Ave:

New 2 story commercial mixed use building, retail on 1st floor, offices on 2nd floor, building A has attached trash enclosure at south elevation
