Early Assistance has been requested by Propel Studio for a project at 7710 N Denver St:

Current code: Addition to the existing residence to add more beds to group living structure. They are determining if they want to ask for 18 units (as submittal reflects) or if they want to stay at 15 (or under) units. **They intend to meet community design standards

A Pre-Application Conference has been scheduled by Waechter Architecture and Phoenix Redevelopment to discuss a project at 133 SE 9th Ave:

Future code – Develop five parcels with industrial office and retail uses, including interior alleys and a large plaza at center of development.

A Pre-Application Conference has been scheduled by SRG Partnership to discuss the Jasmine Block development at 401 SW Harrison St:

Current code – New 3/ block seven to nine story building housing PSU, OHSU, PCC, and the City of Portland. All runoff will be directed to a water quality flow-through planter which will discharge to the public storm-only sewer main.

A project at 4130 SE Division St has been submitted for building permit review by Baysinger Partners:

New 4 story, 19 unit apartment building with onsite parking, includes associated sitework

A building permit was issued for a project at 245 SE 146th Ave:

A building permit was issued for a project at 434 NE Stafford St:

A structural permit was issued for the Modera Glisan at 1430 NW Hoyt St:

Excavation, shoring, concrete structure and structural embeds from three levels below grade to L13 (roof), exterior skin not included with this partial permit.
