A Pre-Application Conference has been scheduled by Access Architecture to discuss a project at 9919 NE Glisan St:

Eight-story multifamily residential development consisting of (105) units total, including a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units with commercial space on the ground level. Support spaces for residents include ground floor lobby/common area, community room, outdoor roof terrace, indoor bike storage room, and central laundry. Exterior site improvements include full ROW improvements along 99th Street and NE Glisan Street frontages.

A Pre-Application Conference has been scheduled by Lever Architecture to discuss a project at 900 SE Sandy Blvd:

Construction of a new, 12-story, 250,000 sf mix-use high rise. The program will include split level retail with activated courtyards on the ground level, 1.5 levels of below-grade parking, and 271 dwelling units on levels 2 through 12. The residential levels will offer exterior balconies for each unit, and will also include a variety of amenities such as lounges, workspaces and fitness centers. Stormwater strategy is to be determined.

Con-Way Blocks 261 and 262 at NW 20th & Savier St have been submitted for a Type III Design Review by SERA Architects:

The proposal is for blocks 261 and 262 in the Con-Way Master plan area. The proposed development will be market rate apartments on both parcels. Block 261 will be a 5 story building with tuck under parking, and block 262 will be a 6 and 7 story building with basement parking.

Hayu Tilixam is a new building proposed on NE Prescott, with a name that means “Many Nations” in Chinook. The 50-unit affordable housing development is being developed Community Development Partners and Native American Youth and Family Center, on a site purchased by the Portland Housing Bureau in 2018.

A project at 4937 SE Woodstock Blvd has been submitted for a Type II Adjustment Review by Scott Edwards Architecture:

New 4-story mixed-use building with about 2,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail space facing Woodstock Blvd. and 84 rental dwellings on all floors consisting of studios, 1-bed, 2-bed and 3-bed units. One enclosed loading space will be provided on site with access from 50th Ave. Enclosed bike parking is accessible from the lobby area and directly from the sidewalk on Woodstock Blvd. A ground floor community room will be provided with direct access to a courtyard patio and active landscaped space. Several private porches will also be provided for the ground floor units. Stormwater to be accommodated with a combination of dry-wells, landscape and an ecoroof. Adjustment requested to reduce the landscape buffer.

Great Scott at 701 E Burnside St has been submitted for a Type III Design Review by Convergence Architecture:

The Great Scott Trio is a new four story mixed use affordable housing development located where there is currently a parking lot. The legal lot includes a one story existing brewery building that will remain. The project is on the northeast corner of E Burnside and NE 7th Avenue. The Orleans Building, which is on the historic register, is directly to the east and its arcade is highly influential to this project. The building will have 38 apartments, including two accessible units on the ground floor, as well as three retail spaces also on the ground floor along the E Burnside arcade. A small plaza will be located between the new building and the existing building to the north.

The Oregon Square Blocks 90 and 103 office development at 729 NE Oregon St has been submitted for a Type III Design Review by GBD Architects:

The proposed development is a (2) block development on a portion of the site of the existing Oregon Square block. Two commercial office buildings are being proposed on Block 90 (SW) and Block 103 (SE). The buildings are (5) stories and (6) stories respectfully totaling 413,000 GSF. The blocks will sit on one level of underground parking serving both buildings.
