Early Assistance has been requested by Salazar Architect for a project at 6723 NE Killingsworth St:

A multi-family, mixed use and mixed income development with two building, a central plaza, parking garage and commerical space. The site is bounded by NE Killingsworth, NE Cully blvd and HW 30. This will be an affordable housing development working Hacienda CDC. The existing structure will be demolished. Applicants planning on meeting Community Design Standards.

The Lloyd West Anchor Remodel has been submitted for Type III Design Review by Waterleaf Architecture:

Modify the building to allow for mulitple (future) tenants. Renovate exterior finishes, the plaza (with stormwater management), and other landscaped planters. Add new paving, defined outdoor seating areas and a freestanding framed canopy. Replace existing diagonal entrance of the adjacent building with storefront.

The Aniva Apartments at 5009 N Interstate Ave have been submitted for building permit review by TVA Architects:

New mulit family apartment building with 90 units, tuck under parking, associated site work.

A project with two buildings at 2834 SE Gladstone St has been submitted for building permit review by Guerrilla Development:

New two-story building with (2) retail spaces on ground floor and (2) 1-bedroom apartments on second floor. (with 17-237384 CO)

A building permit was issued to SERA Architects for the Worldmark by Wyndham at 221 SW Naito Parkway:

Proposal is for new construction of multi-story apartment building. Existing buildings will be demolished.

A project at 8614 N Crawford St has been submitted for Type II Design Review by GBD Architects:

Proposal is to build a five story multi-family residential development of approx. 157 apartments. The ground level includes the entry lobby, parking, utility spaces, walk-up apartments and amenity spaces. The second floor roof terrace will have an eco-roof and raised planter areas along with private terraces at each of the apartments facing the eco-roof.

GBD Architects have submitted two Type III Design Review applications for buildings on the Prometheus Property in South Waterfront:

Two high-rise residential towers, each building consisting of around 7,000sf of retail and 300-550 market rate apartments and below grade parking.

New construction of two seven story mixed-use buildings, each building consisting of approx. 5,000 sf of retail, 200-300 market rate apartments and 150-250 off-street parking stalls in one level of structured underground parking and a partial level of structured at-grade parking.

A building permit was issued for the Hoyt20 Apartments at 620 NE 20th Ave:

New construction of a 6-story 59unit apartment building including parking and retail on level 1. Levels 3-6 contain a mix of apartment including studios, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedrooms. Level 6 also has an amenity deck along the west property line. Retail space on level 1 is to be built out under a separate permit with no occupancy this permit. Demo of existing building to be under separate permit. Demo plans included for reference only.
