A design review application has been submitted for changes to the previously approved Hyatt Unbound hotel at SW 3rd and Salmon. A building permit for the project was issued in September 2019, however work has not yet started.

A Pre-Application Conference has been scheduled by Ink:Built Architecture to discuss a project at 1006 SE Grand Ave:

Construct a new 8-story mixed-use building on the east quarter-block portion of the site, removing the 1-story, non-contributing structure in the process. The existing 3-story historic office building facing Grand Ave will be preserved. Stormwater to be managed by on-site using drywalls or similar means.

Alterations to the previously approved Hyatt Unbound at 245 SW Salmon St have been submitted for a Type II Design Review by Ankrom Moisan Architects:

Approximately 180,000 gross square foot hotel project with 250 guest rooms, ballroom, conference center, fitness center, ground floor restaurant, bar/market, support spaces and rooftop bar. The total project consists of twenty one stories of Type I construction with one basement level. This Review application is for proposed revisions to previously approved design review LU-16-111127 DZM AD.

A building permit was issued for a project at 6430 N Montana Ave:

Construct new 3 story (15) unit apartment building with bike parking and associated landscaping

A building permit is under review for the renovation of the Fliedner Building at SW 10th and Washington.

Early Assistance has been requested by WDC Properties for a project at 5519 SE Woodstock Blvd:

Two new 3-story, multi-family, residential structures containing 42 apartment units. No parking is proposed. Stormwater will be treated on-site via drywell. Type V-B construction. Ground units to contain one (1) accessible type A unit and 13 accessible type B units.

A project at 2047 NE Davis St has been submitted for building permit review by Iselin Architects:

Conversion and addition to existing duplex to create 7 unit apartment building. In existing basement, create new dwelling unit. Four new units in north 2-story addition. Site work including new trash enclosure under 120 sf. ***mechanical permit separate***

The renovation of the Fliedner Building at 1003-1017 SW Washington St has been submitted for building permit review by Jones Architecture:

Voluntary seismic upgrade to 5 story building with core and shell improvements of entire building. Relocate existing elevator; add new stairs in center of building; new ada restrooms; new footings; add new bike storage room on main floor; add new exit door to east side of building; re-roof and add roof decking with new landscaping; exterior work to include replace sidewalks, curbs and ADA ramps ***mechanical permit 19-219819-MT***

A project at 6416 N Montana Ave has been submitted for building permit review:

Construct new 3 story (15) unit apartment building with bike parking and associated landscaping

A project at 1406 SE Glenwood St has been submitted for building permit review:

Construct new 3 story (5) unit apartment building with associated site work

A building permit was issued for a project at 7100 N Greenwich Ave

A building permit was issued to Studio 3 Architecture for a project at 6005 SE 51st Ave:
