Early Assistance has been requested by Kasa Architects for a project at 23 NE 151st Ave:

Current code – 50 unit apartment building consisting of two and three room units, a community room, an office and a laundry room. On site amenities will include surface parking, a children’s play area, bike parking, and an enclosure for trash & recycling. On site storm water facility will be provided.

A project at 8116 SE Woodward St has been submitted for building permit review by Fosler Portland Architecture:

Construct new 3 story 19 unit apartment building; no parking; site work included; interior trash enclosre (sep mt)

A project at 5434 SE Milwaukie Ave has been submitted for building permit review by Tahran Architecture & Planning:

Construct new 4 story wit basement 28 unit; no parking; 40 sq ft trash enclosure; site work included 100% inclusionary housing

A project north of 4220 SE 24th Ave has been submitted for building permit review:

New single story building with (2) art studio spaces and (2) bathrooms.

Proposal is for two five story apartment building; one with 32 units; one with 48 units and with 31 surface parking spaces. The buildings will be designed to meet Community Design Standards. Stormwater handled with rain gardens and storm planters.

Early Assistance has been requested by Soderstrom Architecture for a project at 5826 N Willamette Blvd on the University of Portland campus:

Review under current code: New building w/offices, meeting rooms classrooms including related site development and landscaping. Two stories above grade, plus basement. Approx. 63,500 sq. ft. Sanitary will go to exisiting campus sewer system, storm water to new drywells.

A project at 808 SE Alder St has been submitted for building permit review:

Full building renovation, change of use and occupancy; addition of 3rd story. Full seismic upgrade (with 17-192142 MT)

24 story half block multi family apartment building with ground floor retail on top of 4 story full block parking garage

4 story quarter block mixed use building with ground floor retail on top of full block 4 story below grade parking garage

A Pre-Application Conference has been scheduled to discuss development on the Jasmine Block:

Portland State University – new construction of a 9 story academic/classroom/office building with ground floor commercial use.

A Pre-Application Conference has been scheduled by Koble Creative Architecture to discuss a project at 4619 SE 40th Ave:

Zoning Map Amendment requested to change zoning from R2 to R1. Project will include: demolition of existing duplex and construction of 15 dwelling units in connected structures with rooftop deck access & community garden with children’s play area.

Changes include a new loading dock, replacment of all existing window panels, new stroefront entrance doors, new roofing on existing entry canopy, new ada lift and new exterior lighting. Loading dock replacment and expansion will be in the ROW

SERA Architects have scheduled a pre-application conference to discuss the renovation of the Conway Leland James Center at 1621 NW 21st Ave:

Pre-application conference for Type III Design Review to renovate the Conway Leland James Center bldg into creative office space. This project will entail significant exterior alterations. The building will contain 85 parking spaces in the basement, ground floor retail and office and office space in the 2-4 floors.

Proposed residential condominium building contains 16 dwelling units. Structure will face SW Market St and SW 20th Ave. Proposal includes underground parking this is accessed via SW 20th ave.

SERA Architects have applied for a Design Review for the Modera Belmont:

6 story – 204 unit market rate apartment building with ground floor retail and one level of below grade parking. 3 modifications total.

Works Partnership have applied for a Design Review for 811 Stark:

Mixed use building with retail space on the first floor and an expected mix of creative office uses on the upper floors.
