Metro Reports: 1838 N Argyle, Terwilliger Plaza Parkview Building, Lexus Dealership, and more

A Design Advice Request meeting was held on June 3rd to discuss 1838 N Argyle St, a proposed 11-story pre-fabricated mass timber building in Kenton. All the homes in the 290-unit development would be affordable to those earning 60% of Area Median Income.

A foundation permit was issued to LRS Architects for the Terwilliger Plaza Parkview Building at 2436 SW 6th Ave:

PARKVIEW BUILDING – Foundation, excavation, and shoring for new 9 story senior living building over 2 basement parking levels and skybridge to existing building

A shoring and excavation permit was issued to Mackenzie for the Lexus Dealership at 3075 NE Sandy Blvd:
