Traditions at Hazelwood, designed by Spokane-based Olson Projects for developer Inland Group, will include 211 units of affordable housing.

Early Assistance has been requested by Base Design and Architecture for a project at 957 NE 122nd Ave:

Applicant is proposing a lot division of the existing parcel and generation of two new parcels. A 13,895 SF parcel for a new 11,738 SF (18) unit development and a 66,369 SF parcel that contains the existing 40,464 SF apartment complex and parking lots. The western parcel will be accessed from NE Holladay and have (9) new parking stalls and provide a 20′ access easement to the eastern parcel for it to access its remaining parking stalls.

A project at 5802 SE 92nd Ave has been submitted for a Pre-Permit Plan Check by Otak:

The proposed project is a multifamily residential building with 47 units and a commercial space in a 5-story building. The building will be connected to an existing 3-story building on the same site. Storm water for the existing building will remain as-is and the new portion of the building will handle storm water via an on-site drywell. No on-site parking will be provided.

Design Advice has been requested for the Northwest Children’s Theater at 2135 NW 29th Ave:

Performance and education facility for Northwest Children’s Theater. One level of partially below grade parking; two levels of performance, education and administrative space above. Stormwater planters; assume no infiltration allowed due to fill.

Early Assistance has been requested by Inland Washington for a project at 7909 SE Harney St:

Inland Washington is proposing a 150 unit multi-family development in two 4-story building. The development will include surface parking, detached garages, outdoor playground and open space. Access will be from SE Harney St and SE Crystal Springs. Storm water management will be designed to comply with local requirements for the treatment of water quality and quantity. Infiltration rates are high on-site, so detention is not anticipated as part of this project.
