A project at 3603 NE Grand Ave has been submitted for building permit review:

A project at 6115 NE Multnomah St has been submitted for building permit review by Mentrum Architecture:

Single pdf – construct new 3 story 15 unit apartment building with associated site work

A project at 2047 NE Davis St has been submitted for building permit review:

Single pdf – new 3 story apartment building with 6 units.

A building permit was issued for a project at 6506 SE 63rd Ave (previously 6304 SE Duke St):
