The Oliver Apartments at SE 43rd & Division St are nearing completion. The Works Partnership designed 4-story building includes 21 units, which are currently being listed on Craiglist at prices from $1,270 to $1,685 a month.

The site was previously a 5218 square foot warehouse, used by Fox Fence. The building was demolished in October 2013.
