A building permit was been issued for Holman 42, which will include 59 units of affordable housing.

Early Assistance has been requested by Baysinger Partners for a project at 1401 N Hayden Island Dr:

Construction of 3,000 sf convenience store and 6 station (12 pump) vehicle fueling area.

A Pre-Application Conference has been scheduled by Ankrom Moisan Architects to discuss a project at 701 NE 7th Ave:

Proposal is for a new 7 story mixed use project. 5 over 2 construction. 2 levels of Type 1 parking surrounded by mixed use-programming over 5 stories of Type III construction residential dwelling units with a mix of studio, 1bd, 2bd and 3bd units. Ground floor includes parking entry, retail and residential amenities such as residential lounge, fitness area, leasing offices, bike storage; pet area and wash. Proposed stormwater disposal will connect to public sewer. Approximately 200 units per block

The Lloyd West Anchor Remodel has been submitted for building permit review by Waterleaf Architecture:

Proposed selective demolition of portions of the 3-story West Anchor building (Former Nordstrom’s). Work includes removal of the existing 3rd story, clerestory lantern structure & roof structure. Interior structural demo & removal of existing brick veneer, storefornts &canopies. Exterior work includes removal of existing plaza structure, walls and paving for building renovation.

Renovation of existing 3-story, 150,000 square foot tenant space at the Lloyd Center Mall (Former Nordstrom’s). Changes to the exterior façade and plaza are proposed.

The Alder.9 Apartments at 820 SE Alder St have been submitted for building permit review:

9 story mixed use buidling with 176 residential untis over ground floor retail and mechanical parking

A project at 4946 N Vancouver Ave has been submitted for building permit review by Allusa Architecture:

New 3 story, 5 unit hotel with office space on first floor, attached trash enclosure and ecoroof

New 3-story, 59-unit apartment building with lobby, management office, resident services, community spaces and bike storage.

A building permit was issued for a project at 5080 NE 33rd Ave:

New 3 story 12 plex apartment bldg w/18-174200-mt – 56sq ft trash enclosure

A building permit was issued for a project at 4730 SE Belmont St:

Construct new 3 story, 12 unit apartment building with 56 s.F. Detached trash enclosure, includes associated sitework

A building permit was issued for a project at 6940 SE Long St:

New 3-story 15 unit apartment building includes associated site work; cesspool decommissioning reqd septic decommissioning required. Call for inspection 842

A building permit was issued for the Collective Oregon Eateries at 3612 SE 82nd Ave:

New construction of 8500sf single story building with mezzanine. New core and shell building for up to 9 restaurant tenants on property. Site work to include new infrastructure and parking lot repairs to accommodate 16 food carts seating areas, and required parking separate electrical, mechanical, and plumbing permits required.

Design Advice has been requested by MWA Architects for a project at 9747 NE Glisan St:

Project is intended as affordable workforce multi-family residential development. This project includes 3,500 square feet of resident service/community space and 161 apartment units.

A Pre-Application Conference has been scheduled by Ankrom Moisan Architects to discuss a project at 1515 SW Morrison St:

Current code: Partial demolition of existing structure, reducing it to south half block, and creating a mixed-use apartment project to the north half. Retail, lobby, amenity area proposed on ground floor. Parking will be below grade. Alterations and improvements to the Artists Reperatory Theatre within the south half block will be under a separate review/permit approval.

A new Type III Design Review application has been submitted for a project at 3714 SW Macadam Ave:

Proposal is to construct two new seven story mixed use buildings with ground floor retail, parking at the two lowest levels and housing above in Central City–South Waterfront subdistrict.

5 over one Type IIIA over Type IA – New 6 story apartment building with 124 units, 1 level below grade parking, Retail on ground floor.

A foundation permit was issued to Leeb Architects for the Modera Buckman apartments at 909 SE 12th Ave:

STR 01 – Podium work will include the Basement and concrete structure for the first three levels of the building (scope of work terminates at top of level 3 slab). This will include only Type IA (concrete) construction of the structure. The podium permit work includes excavation, underground and under-slab utilities, concrete, masonry and steel elements of the basement and podium structure.

Design Advice has been requested by TVA Architects for a project at 1650 NW Naito Parkway:

new 17 story apartment building. 270 residential units are proposed. The first floor will have both residential and parking. There are 192 underground parking spaces. The access for the parking would be from NW Naito. One loading space is proposed. The property will be divided to create a 79,700 square foot site for this development.

Early Assistance has been requested for a project at 3612 SE 82nd Ave:

Project consists of an approx. 8500 SF, single story new core and shell building for up to nine restaurant tenants on property that was previously used as a restaurant. The existing unoccupied building may be demolished. Site work will consist of selective demolition, new infrastructure and parking lot repairs to 15 food carts, seating areas, and required parking.

The rebuild of the Portland Building has been submitted for Type III Historic Resource Review by DLR Group:

Full renovation of an existing 15-story office building including seismic upgrade and replacement of MEP systems. Proposed exterior renovation includes replacement of all existing facade finishes and glazing systems. New building cladding system will sit outboard of the existing building face. Two areas of the existing covered loggia on the first floor are being enclosed and added to the interior building area. No additional impervious surfaceor roof area is being added. This is a historic building.

An excavation and shoring permit was issued the Collective on 4th at 325 SW Harrison St:

partial – site clearing and demolitoin, tree removal, excavation, shoring and erosion control.
