The address at 1335 SE Stark street looks like an existing 3-story apartment building – and it’s to be torn down to gain one additional story as a 4-story apartment building? That seems like a horrible waste of resources.
1323-1335 SE Stark are one property on Portlandmaps.com. I have to assume it’s the brick building next door that’s being removed.
RE: 4018 N Williams Ave. A lot of people will be very upset to see Tom Cramer’s “Machine” mural disappear. Hopefully they’ll incorporate it into the development.
