Metro Reports: Dekum Court, Hayu Tilixam, Mann House, and more

The new Dekum Court will include 187 units, affordable to those earning at or below 60% of the median family income.

Every week, the Bureau of Development Services publishes lists of Early Assistance applications, Land Use Reviews and Building Permits processed in the previous week. We publish the highlights. This post covers March 29th, 2021 to April 4th, 2021.

Early Assistance has been requested by McGuirl Designs & Architecture for a project at 4961 SE 73rd Ave:
