The Modera Main Street in Goose Hollow has been submitted for a Type III Design Review. The 17-story building will include 336 residential units, and 403 vehicular parking spaces. Three of the building’s six parking levels will dedicated to parking for the Multnomah Athletic Club, and connected underground to the MAC’s existing parking garage.

A structural permit was issued to Lever Architecture for the North Building at the Adidas Campus Expansion:
