The Modera Main Street in Goose Hollow has been submitted for a Type III Design Review. The 17-story building will include 336 residential units, and 403 vehicular parking spaces. Three of the building’s six parking levels will dedicated to parking for the Multnomah Athletic Club, and connected underground to the MAC’s existing parking garage.

The Modera Main Street (MAC Block 7) at SW 19th & Salmon has been submitted for a Type III Design Review by Ankrom Moisan Architects:

The Baldwin Affordable Housing project is being developed by Home Forward in collaboration with the Urban League of Portland, and will comprise of 60 units of affordable permanent supportive housing. The project is being designed by SERA Architects.

The proposed development includes construction of a new wood frame 4 story multi family building with support spaces. There are 30 residential units varying in size. Two stairs access each floor with both extending to the roof. A single Elevator provides access to each floor and roof deck. The two existing lots will be consolidated into one single lot for development. The applicant proposes a modification to 33.130.230.B.4 ¿ Ground floor window and frontage standards for dwelling units.
