The Gooseberry Apartments at NE 148th and Glisan will include 44 units in five buildings, with all units reserved for those earning no more than 60% Area Median Income.

No parking is proposed for this site. The project will utilize voluntary inclusionary housing and amenity bonus options to increase density to six units.
