The 148th Ave Apartments, designed by Doug Circosta Architect for Green Light Development and Home First Development, will include 96 affordable units with a goal to serve Portland’s Zomi Community, a predominantly Christian ethnic minority group from Myanmar, Bangladesh, and India, that have fled religious persecution.
