A building permit was issued for the PDX Concourse B Redevelopment, designed by ZGF Architects.

Early Assistance has been requested for a project at 9243 SE Holgate Blvd:

30 unit multi-dwelling apartment building 3 stories inclusionary 60% MFI. Stormwater to drywell. PLA is in process to create the 60 and 40 ft lot frontages on lot 10 and 11. Existing home will be demolished

Early Assistance has been requested by Peter Meijer Architect for alterations to the American Can Company Complex at 2127 NW 26th Ave:

Redevelopment of individual building complex that will include re-installing windows at existing openings, roof top activation, addition at west elevation, north elevation activation, roof top addition at the existing parking structure and new construction at the northwest corner.

A Pre-Application Conference has been scheduled by GBD Architects to discuss a revised proposal for Oregon Square at 729 NE Oregon St:

Phased (2) block development on a portion of the site of the existing Oregon Square block. Two commercial office buildings are being proposed on Block 90 (SW) and Block 103 (SE). The buildings are (5) stories and (6) stories respectively totaling 370,000 GSF. The blocks will sit on one level of underground parking serving both buildings.

A building permit was issued for the PDX Concourse B Redevelopment:

Reconstruction and addition (+/- 50,000 SF) to Concourse B. New construction also includes pedestrian walkway addition (+/- 10,000 SF) extending East from end of Concourse B.

A building permit was issued for a project at 1615 N Willis Blvd:

Construct new 3 story 14 unit apartment building with associated site work

A building permit was issued for a project at 6940 N Greenwich Ave:

A building permit is under review for 815 W Burnside St, the first proposal in the Central City to approved that is subject to the city’s Inclusionary Zoning ordinance

Design Advice has been requested by Ankrom Moisan Architects and Alliance Realty Partners for Hoyt Street Yards Block 23 (bound by NW 13th, Raleigh, 12th and Quimby):

Proposed project is a senior living community with 110 units of R-2 occupancy independent senior living, 131 parking stalls in below-grade parking with total GSF of 296,500 with 42,000 of that amount being below-grade parking. Active uses will be provided along 13th Avenue (per 33.510.225). Those may be lobby, bistro, admin offices, salon or other similar uses complimentary to the community and to development objectives stated for NW 13th Ave.

A Pre-Application Conference has been scheduled by ZGF Architects to discuss a project at SW 1st & Ash:

Construction of a new 5-story building (57,000 gsf). Multi-use tenants will include retail and building support spaces on level 1. Office space levels 2-5.

A Pre-Application Conference has been scheduled by Morningstar Senior Living to discuss a project at 3150 NE Sandy Blvd:

The proposed five-story development is composed of assisted living and memory care units in a single building each caring for the specific needs of its residents. The building interior design provides for an abundance of amenities, which include the following: common dining spaces and serving areas, activity areas, art studio, theater, chapel, cafes, lounges, a fitness and activity center, beauty salon/barber shop, private dining for family events and central kitchen for chef-inspired meals. Assisted living and memory care each have their own individually landscaped courtyard.

815 W Burnside St has been submitted for building permit review by Ankrom Moisan Architects:

Multi-use building with 138 residential apartments on levels 2 thru 6 (90,775 sf), residential amenities on ground floor and roof deck (4,305 sf), retail spaces on ground floor (8,785 sf), and 49 spaces of below grade parking. Type 1A construction from bottom of garage to top of slab of level 3. Type 3A construction from top of slab of level 3 to roof.

A project at 121 N Beech St has been submitted for building permit review by Fieldwork Design & Architecture:

New 4 story mixed use building; shell only with ground floor retail; associated site work

A project at 16119 SE Stark St has been submitted for building permit review:

Construct new 11,993 sf single story retail building. Phase 1- construct north portion and one tenant space occupied as pawn shop and 3 tenant spaces not occupied this phase. Phase 2- demolish existing adacent structure in permit 18-260694-CO. Phase 3- construct south portion of building with one occupied pawn shop tenant, parking lot and site work. One phase 1 tenant space to be occupied as dispensary in phase 3. See comments.

A building permit was issued for a project at 14775 NE Couch St:

New 30 unit multi-family housing complex of 3 story buildings with lower level private garages, bike parking: this building contains 24 units. Trash enclosure under 120 sq ft. Included associated site work.

A building permit was issued to Ankrom Moisan Architecture for a project at 2350 SE 60th Ave (previously 6125 SE Division St):

Construct new care facility with underground parking and living care facility on main floor; associated site work
