Metro Reports: Las Adelitas, Small Division, and Lovejoy Square

A building permit was issued for the Small Division apartments at SE 115th and Division. The three story building will include 60 units of affordable housing. A second phase, known as the Large Division apartments, will include 138 units of affordable housing.

Las Adelitas at 6723 NE Killingsworth has been submitted for building permit review by Salazar Architect:

LAS ADELITAS -New 4 story affordable multi family building. The building is 3 stories type VA construction over 1 story type IA construction. Stormwater disposal is through (2) on-site drywells. The building has 143 living units over community and residential services space and parking. 65 parking stalls provided at the ground floor. **Review with 20-148032-MT

A building permit for Small Division at 11450 SE Division St was issued to Ankrom Moisan Architects:

SMALL DIVISION – New 3 story, 60 unit apartment building for low barrier permanent supportive housing with community rooms, laundry, leasing office, and support services; includes associated site work *** w/19-253902-CO & 19-251007-MT ***

A building permit was issued for a project at 1611 N Rosa Parks Way:

New 3 story 18 unit apartment building, detached trash enclosure less than 120 sq ft, utilities and site improvements.

Lovejoy Square Approved by Design Commission (images)

The Design Commission has approved Lovejoy Square, a proposed mixed use building in the Pearl designed by Bora Architects for developer Killian Pacific. The 10 story building would reach a height of 148′-6″ at top of parapet. The building will include approximately 7,000 sq ft of ground floor retail, 33,000 sq ft of office space on levels 2 to 4 and 78 residential units at levels 5-10. Two levels of underground parking will provide 70 parking spaces. Long term parking for 165 bicycles is proposed.

Design Commission Reviews Lovejoy Square (images)

An initial Design Review hearing has been held for Lovejoy Square, a proposed mixed use building in the Pearl by Bora Architects for developer Killian Pacific. The 10 story building would reach a height of 148′-6″ at top of parapet. At full build out the phased development would include approximately 16,000 sq ft of ground floor retail, 56,000 sq ft of office space on levels 2 to 4 and 186 residential units. Two levels of underground parking would provide 143 parking spaces. Long term parking for 318 bicycles is proposed.
