Basement to include bicycle storage and utility spaces. Ground floor to include residential amentiy spaces, utility spaces, and offices focused on tenant services. Residential floors to include shared bathroom facilities. Roof to include outdoor terrace. Site improvments include ROW improvements per PBOT.
