Metro Reports: Modera University District, 8958 SE Clinton, 6375 N Lombard, and more

The proposed Modera University District went before the Design Commission for an advisory meeting in May. The full-block project would be located on a site that is currently partially occupied by a food cart pod; the new development would would include ten “micro retail” spaces with serving windows along SW 4th Ave.

New multi-family, 3-story apartment building with 36 units proposed (12 units on each floor – 24 studio units, 1 one-bedroom unit on ground floor, and 11 2-bedroom units).

Design Advice was requested by SERA Architects for the Modera University District at 1900 SW 5th Ave:

Metro Reports: Stark Family Housing, Analog, 1010 SE Ash, and more

The Stark Family Housing at 160th and Stark will include 93 units of affordable housing, with a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units. The building design is by Holst Architecture for project owner Human Solutions.

A project at 2057 SW Park Ave has been submitted for a Type II Design Review by Tahran Architecture & Planning:

100 day review timeline. New construction 91-unit affordable housing building on a 6,016 square foot parcel. The building is an 11-story structure, modular units, prefabricated structure utilizing mass plywood panels and light gauge steel for a Type IV B building

A building permit was issued to Brett Schulz Architect for a project at 330 NE Dekum St (previously 308 NE Dekum St):
