A building permit was issued to Green Gables Design & Restoration for a project at 1970 NW 18th Ave:

New construction of building to house 3 tenants, 2 story at center; main floor includes tenant spaces, 2 accessible restrooms and common area, 2nd floor is a part of tenant 1, overhead door at tenat 3 space; stormwater planter facility at exterior and pavers

BPM Real Estate Group announced that they plan to build at 20 story tower at 710 SW Columbia. The project on SW Broadway will include a 170 room hotel, 200,000 sq ft of office space and parking for 320 vehicles.

Approval Recommended for Jefferson 14 Apartments

Jefferson 14 apartments are recommended for approval in a Staff Report And Recommendation To The Design Commission [PDF]. The 5-story project at 1450 SW Jefferson St, in the Goose Hollow neighborhood, will include 61 residential units. No car parking is proposed. The project includes a bike room at the ground floor with space for 32 units. Each unit also includes a dedicated bicycle space.
